Senior portraits here are only allowed by the owner, Erin Smagala Photography.
Fully-booked renters are welcome to schedule a complimentary scouting visit to The Glasshouse. You may bring your own client for a 15-minute promo session at this time.
Things You Should Know…

1. The booking fee is due in full to reserve your date.

2. The Glasshouse will be fully furnished and ready to use when you arrive. Props should not be moved unless previously discussed.

3. Your rental includes The Glasshouse, tree swing, and fields. Please ask about property lines if you plan to roam away from the main area.

4. The Glasshouse is down a large hill. If your clients cannot make it up and down the hill, chauffeur service is available for a fee.

5. In the event of rainout, you will receive a full refund. We will do our best to offer you a new date in our calendar.

6. There are no bathrooms on site.

7. Your rental time includes setup and cleanup. Please plan accordingly.

8. The Glasshouse currently does not have electricity.
